Our book, published by Marie von Mallwitz Verlag, shows that a career is much more than just faster, higher and further. "Claudia Irsfeld, Anna Leddin, Alexandra Mistele and other women, from managers to working students to founders, reveal their very personal insights - always entertaining and practical. With heart and honesty, their aim is not to explain the world to other women, but to inspire them and show them the many different ways they can shape their lives. The topics range from positioning and salary negotiations to compatibility and mindfulness, networking and setting boundaries.
